Sorry but we do not offer products or shipping to anyone outside of the US and at this time we do not offer products or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or US Territories outside the US continental area

Please allow 3-5 days for processing and you will be notified when shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot do an exchange or refund.  However, if I make the error, I will correct it to the best of my ability.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and less than 30 days after purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

Liquid products cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We will take photos of your products before we ship them.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at darla@tealaura.com and send your item to: 314 Meadow Drive, Cranberry Township PA 16066, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or items of equivalent value inclusive of tax and shipping will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Massage Business Policies: Please Read

Massage Protocol

Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a Statement of Informed Consent, a New Client Intake Form and a review of our Business Policies. Then your therapist will review your paperwork and answer any questions that you may have.

Your massage therapist will request that after they leave the treatment area you will dis-robe to your own comfort level and get in between the 2 sheets on the massage table. During your session, the only area undraped at the time, will be the area your therapist will be working on.  All efforts are made to respect and protect both the client and therapist's modesty.

The Therapist will ask you a few questions, for example, about the pressure stroke, your comfort level, music level, room temperature, and you should alert the therapist if you are not comfortable.

Billing Policies/time frames

We have included our fees and treatment times in our service menu.

Payment

We accept cash, MC, VISA, DISCOVER and personal checks with a photo ID.

Insurance Billing

At this time, we do not bill insurance companies for any services but we can provide you with a receipt and treatment notes (soap notes) that you may use for insurance reimbursement. You will need to sign a record release.

Your first appointment

First time visit

Please allow 15 minutes before your session time. This will provide enough time to complete the required forms and to answer any questions you or your practitioner may have and review the documents we requested before your initial session starts. ​

Specials

We run specials from time to time. Prices and services are subject to change.

Late Fee

If you arrive late to your appointment, you will be charged the full fee and the time will be deducted from your session.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment of a cancellation.  Exceptions are emergencies.

Returned Check Fee

​ If your check is returned, we will have to charge a $30.00 returned check fee.

Appointments

Sessions are booked by appointment only and 24 hours in advance notice. We do not accept walk-ins due to the fact we are a mobile massage. We do not offer couples massages at this time, but will try our best to find another therapist to independently contract with as long as the massage is booked far in advance.

​Tipping Policy

A gratuity to the massage therapist for exceptional service is optional, but appreciated.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are available upon request and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash.

Rights and Responsibilities:

Clients

Proper hygiene practice is expected from clients.

Any client who is under the influence of illegal drugs and/or alcohol at their appointment time will not be accepted.

Clients who engage in sexual misconduct, tell sexual jokes or behave in a sexual manner will  have their session immediatly terminated and the client will be responsible for payment of session in full.

Please remove or leave valuables at home.

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness, certain injuries, or medical conditions(ie. blood clots). Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition or present injury (for example, flu, rash, sunburn, cuts, bruises, plantar wart, athletes foot, etc). If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waved. We are not doctors and we do not prescribe, treat, diagnose, or perform adjustments.

Massage Therapists

We will provide prompt, professional service in a clean, private and safe environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

All Therapists are licensed massage therapists in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our objectives are to provide therapeutic massage and /or energy-work for healing, pain relief, relaxation and stress relief.

Session are scheduled by appointment only.

For health related reasons, Teal Aura LLC has the right and obligation to make safe service decisions. You will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form. We are not doctors and do not diagnose, treat, perform manipulations or adjustments for subluxations, or prescribe anything.

Minor/age policy

· ​A responsible parent or guardian must be present in the room during the massage session if a child is under the age of 18 and must fill out and sign a consent form for massage to be given as pursuant to Pennsylvania Statute of responsible parent and the Pennsylvania Board of Massage Therapy regulations.

Digital ​Privacy Policy

A clients confidential and personal information will never be shared with others including nonprofessional staff for example: receptionist, etc.​

About Me

Hello, My name is Darla Eisler. I started my home based business in 2014 as Celestial Oasis Massage LLC.  I was introduced to aromatherapy while I attended massage therapy school.  I furthered my education on essential oils and carrier oils at Aromahead Institute and learned how to utilize them safely and effectively.  Continuing my education, I am currently enrolled in more advanced classes and am striving on obtaining my Aromatherapy Certification soon. 

 I am a  Licensed Massage Therapist PA MSG008642, Reiki Master, Certified Essential Oil Specialist at this time.  Making my first melt and pour soap from class (Deep Forest Soap) and other products such as lip balm, lotion bars, body butters, I learned how I can make safe, non-toxic formulations that are skin nurturing and enhance overall well-being.  With research and practice making soaps from scratch using the cold process and hot process methods, I gave my products as gifts to friends and family, who encouraged me to make more and sell them.  I changed the name of my business to Teal Aura LLC to incorporate soaps, skin care and aromatics to my ongoing mobile massage practice.  It has been rewarding and I enjoy helping others relax and manage pain via massage, and making skin care and soap creations to sell at craft shows. I will always continue to learn more about oils, ingredients, and massage therapy modalities so I can bring quality, safe, and nurturing products and services to my clients.
